PECTORAL AUGMENTATION
Pectoral augmentation is the enhancement of the male chest by placing a prosthesis under the pectoral muscle. Pectoral implants are made of a solid silicone gel. The prosthesis is inserted through an incision in the axilla (arm pit).

Asymmetry, contour abnormalities, malposition of the implant, unsatisfactory scarring, altered sensation (numbness, tingling, hypersensitivity)

Light duties one week.
More strenuous activity: 4 weeks
No heavy lifting or intensive work-outs for a full 6 weeks.
