DIANNE

Medical Aesthetic Patient Care Co-Coordinator

Dianne joined our team in October 2020, moving to beautiful Victoria from Florida. She brought with her an extensive knowledge of skincare, laser and injectable treatments, having worked in a busy Dermatology practice there. From the very start, Dianne has shown such passion for helping our non-surgical patients have the most rewarding experience at Clinic 805. We are so glad to have her.

When not working, Dianne enjoys exploring Victoria and surrounding areas, new hiking trails (especially if they have waterfalls) and walks with her greyhound Stella.

Alicia

Surgical Patient Co-ordinator / OR Booking

Alicia is responsible for overseeing OR booking, helping to direct and inform patients who are ready to proceed with surgery. With her caring and patient nature, she will assist in making your experience as seamless and as comfortable as possible. In addition to OR booking, Alicia is provides training and support to other office staff and is our “go to” person for document management.

In her “free” time, Alicia enjoys being a mom to a busy toddler and his furry companion, Duke. She loves baking and crafting, and she likes to put these skills to use teaching her son and trying new recipes and ideas. Born and raised on this beautiful island, she also enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at the beach!

Lacey

Medical Office Assistant / Patient Concierge / Licensed Practical Nurse

Lacey joined the Clinic 805 team in early 2020 and we are so glad she did. Patients and staff enjoy her playful and fun demeanor, well supported by her solid understanding of medical practice standards and procedures. Lacey books appointments, greets patients on arrival, fields phone call enquires and assists with OR booking as well.

Her hobbies and interests include hiking, rollerblading, skiing, and eating. When she’s not exploring Vancouver Island, she’s spending time at home with her baby tortoise Morty and cat Raphael.

Hollie

Medical Office Assistant

Hollie joined our admin team in 2021 and brought with her over 20 years of medical administration expertise. She recently moved to Victoria from Ontario and has been a great addition to our admin team. She and her husband Don are already enjoying all Victoria has to offer; walking, running and exploring the varied restaurant establishments, parks and trails.

Sahrita

Reception/Patient Concierge

Sahrita joined our expanding admin team in 2021 in the role of Receptionist and Patient Concierge with over 10 years of customer service experience. She greets our patients with her friendly demeanour and is happy to assist them in any way she can. Outside of work, Sahrita enjoys sewing and designing clothing, hiking, checking out the amazing restaurant scene in Victoria and travelling.

Shelley

R.N., Medical Aesthetic Nurse

Shelley is a registered nurse, licensed under the BCCMN.

Her background includes acute care, community health, dermatology, and plastic surgery settings. Since 2000, she has focused her career as an aesthetic nurse. In 2007, she was certified by Cutera Inc. as a Clinical Applications Trainer for Western Canada. She instructs physicians and nurses on the latest laser safety and Cutera laser treatment protocols.

Shelley believes in customizing individualized injectable, laser skin rejuvenation and skin care programs concentrating on the specific goals of each of her patients. She is a member of the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Specialty Nurses, the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses, and the Dermatology Nurses Association.

Kathryn

R.N., Medical Aesthetic Nurse

Kathryn has more than 30 yrs of health care experience. For the past 15 yrs, Aesthetic medicine has been her passion. Kathryn integrates clinical expertise and artistic ability to enhance and restore the natural beauty of her clients. She likes to work collaboratively with her clients to meet their rejuvenation goals.

Kathryn obtained her certificate in the Cosmetic Use of Botulinum A Exotoxin from UBC Dermatology in 2001. Since then, she has had extensive experience and training in providing both cosmetic and therapeutic neuromodulator treatments to her clients. She has been injecting dermal fillers since 2003 and has preceptored with many of the top Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons and GP’s across Canada. In addition, she has attended numerous advanced injection technique courses in London, Paris, Monaco, US, and Canada and has worked as a national trainer, teaching Physicians and nurses basic and advanced injection techniques.

Working as a clinical trainer and educator for a leading medical technology distributor for 5 years has provided her with extensive knowledge of many cosmetic lasers, light-based and radiofrequency devices, dermal fillers, and cosmeceuticals.

Kathryn is dedicated to education and has pursued additional degrees and certificates in Business Management, Health Care Administration, Leadership, Cosmetic Chemistry and Fine Art (sculpture and pottery). She is also on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Specialty Nurses, who developed national standards of practice for Nurse Injectors in Canada.

elizabeth

R.N., OR Coordinator/Nurse Manager

Liz is a Registered Nurse, licensed under the BCCMN and has specialized in peri-operative nursing for over 16 years. With acute-care experience from major hospitals in both Toronto and Vancouver, she has acquired a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience throughout that time. Liz brings an energetic and positive approach to the operating room.

Pamela

R.N., Recovery/Pre-Admissions Nurse

Pamela is a registered nurse, licensed under the BCCMN and has been practicing in cosmetic surgery for over a decade. She is our pre-admissions nurse, making sure patients are prepared for surgery. As well, Pamela thoroughly enjoys working in the recovery room, providing friendly, informative care, supporting the patient and their family during the recovery phase.

Her nursing travels in the past, to underdeveloped regions, have provided her with rich experiences which are evidenced in her compassionate ways.

On the non-surgical side, Pamela is actively involved in our skincare laser and scar management program, providing consultation and treatment to patients.

Nancy

R.N., Recovery Nurse

Nancy has been a Registered Nurse since the early 90’s and brings a wealth of knowledge and patient expertise to Clinic 805.  Over the last 15 years she has exclusively nursed in Plastic Surgery, developing her Recovery Room and OR Nursing skills.  Nancy enjoys providing patients with all the care and teaching they require for a great surgical experience.  She leads a balanced life, spending time with her family and friends and her Shepherd mix dog.

Barbara

RN, Operating Room

Her nursing career began in the 1980’s in Ontario at highly respected major teaching hospitals. She has an extensive expertise in all aspects of perioperative services spanning well over 30 years and approaches your care with an easy confidence and warmth. She happily assists our surgeons and anaesthetists to achieve your desired outcomes during your surgical procedure.

Barb’s calm presence reassures our patients in the Operating Room while her attention to the smallest details of your transformation journey ensures your experience will be safe and comfortable.

Pat

Sterilizing Technician

Pat has many years of experience in both the private and public sector (Island Health) as a surgical sterilization technician. She performs a variety of duties including sterilization of surgical instruments and supplies, documentation and quality control follow-up.
